They provided me with a wheelchair accessible room that had all the facilities needed and a balcony, which was fantastic.

everything was brand-new, personnel was amazingly nice and friendly. we booked an apartment with a clean bathroom. central heating, flat-screen tv, and a microwave oven were available here. nothing to complain about, the hotel met the criteria.

Villa Theatro Heritage Apartments was the best value for money I've ever experienced. The room was cozy and warm, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The location was perfect, right next to Zara, and the staff were cute and accommodating.

The hotel breakfast menu could use a wider selection of options.

Clean - comfortable duplex apartment in a historic building. Great location right in the middle of everything. The staff during check-in was very helpful. The apartment had modern facilities - including a well-equipped kitchen. The best apartment I've ever stayed in with everything you could need - just like being at home. The hotel itself has been recently renovated, and the code locks on every door added a cool touch. Appreciated the early check-in and the availability of a crib.

The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer was a definite plus for me. It felt refreshing and convenient, especially after a long day of exploring. I appreciated the availability of free toiletries in the bathroom. It saved me from having to pack extra items and made my stay feel more comfortable.

Personally, I didn't find the cable TV in the apartment to be necessary. But hey, to each their own!
